Our tufted rugs are handcrafted using premium acrylic yarn with a cotton canvas backing. They are soft, durable, and designed to last. Each rug is hand-tufted by skilled artisans to ensure the highest quality and most vibrant colours possible.
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for unused items in original condition. Custom orders are non-refundable since they are made specifically for you. If your item arrives damaged, contact us immediately and we'll make it right. Visit our Contact page to start a return.
